Customer service has been excellent, and I really appreciate how helpful and responsive they are. One thing I really like is the Telegram community. It’s nice being part of a group where people can connect, ask questions, and share experiences with each other. It makes the whole experience feel more personal. It’s hard to find a marketplace where you feel comfortable and know you’re being taken care of, but Peptaura has been a great experience for me so far. نعم | This took a longer time to ship it was closer to a month, but I sent a vial to Finnrick and it came back 100% pure reta (not 99, but 100!) and actually over the labeled amount (40mg but actually had slightly over 50mg). The quantity being off is bad but somewhat harmless in this case. This is the first time I ordered a kit (10 vials) and first time I ever sent in for a test.
