- PEPTAURA may display, calculate, route, escrow, or split payment amounts through marketplace software, including platform fees and supported crypto payment routing, but those services do not make PEPTAURA a party to any vendor sale.
- PEPTAURA ticket, refund, quality-review, escrow, support, and communication tools are voluntary marketplace workflows and do not create an agency, partnership, employment, fiduciary, warranty, product-liability, freight-forwarder, importer/exporter, medical, or laboratory relationship with any vendor or buyer.
- PEPTAURA does not manufacture, store, package, label, test, prescribe, recommend, warrant, or directly sell research materials.

Refunds are available only under PEPTAURA's stated refund policy. PEPTAURA guarantees refunds only for confirmed non-delivery, missing items supported by a complete unboxing video, missing analyte known as ND, purity under the vendor's Minimum Guaranteed Purity, or endotoxin content above PEPTAURA's published compound-specific threshold. Refunds may be issued as USDT on Arbitrum One or store credit. No other chain, token, or payout method is supported unless PEPTAURA states otherwise in writing.
For missing-item claims, you are required to film the unboxing from the sealed package through opening, item counting, and condition check. If you did not film the unboxing, you may still open a ticket, but you will be at the mercy of the vendor.
For peptide-related refund claims, Peptaura applies internal analytical quality standards based on third-party lab results. A refund request may be considered valid if independent testing conducted by a reputable laboratory shows one of the following insufficient-quality findings:
- missing analyte, known as "ND" or compound not detected.
- purity under the vendor's Minimum Guaranteed Purity.
- endotoxin content above Peptaura’s published compound-specific threshold.

These endotoxin thresholds are conservative marketplace QC limits derived from recognized parenteral endotoxin-control frameworks and adjusted with an additional internal safety margin. They are used solely to evaluate supplier quality, marketplace accountability, and refund eligibility. They are not dosage guidance, preparation instructions, medical advice, or evidence that any product is approved, intended, or suitable for human or animal use.
If an order is confirmed as not delivered, PEPTAURA will process the refund available under its refund policy. This does not cover losses caused by incorrect shipping information, refusal, reshipment failure caused by the buyer, customs seizure, restricted-jurisdiction shipment, or other exclusions stated at checkout or in vendor-specific shipping terms.
When PEPTAURA refunds a buyer for a vendor failure, PEPTAURA may seek reimbursement, credits, replacement shipment, or other recovery from the vendor. The buyer's eligible refund is not conditioned on PEPTAURA first recovering funds from the vendor.
Given the biological nature of the materials sold, returns are strictly prohibited.
All sales are final. PEPTAURA does not honor cancellations, exchanges, swaps, partial credits, or chargeback-style reversals once an order has been submitted and payment has been initiated, regardless of buyer remorse, mind change, ordering the wrong SKU, ordering the wrong dose or quantity, mis-typed shipping details, vendor selection regret, price changes after purchase, or unanticipated shipping delays. The only paths to any monetary recovery are those expressly listed under the Refund Policy and its numbered subsections — no other circumstance qualifies. By submitting an order you irrevocably waive any right to challenge the charge with your payment provider, bank, or wallet counterparty on grounds outside those narrowly defined refund triggers; attempts to do so will be contested with order, fulfillment, and on-chain evidence and may result in account termination and forfeiture of any open balances or store credits.
Reviews are limited to product quality and vendor fulfillment feedback. Any review that includes tickets, refunds, compensation requests, pricing, payments, discounts, reimbursement, or other money-related matters will be deleted. Reviews submitted while you are in the middle of an active ticket will also be deleted. Speculative reviews that are not backed by analytical testing (COAs or equivalent third-party lab results) will be deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PEPTAURA and its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, payment processors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, lost-research, business-interruption, regulatory, customs, seizure, carrier, vendor-conduct, payment-network, blockchain, lab-testing, or other third-party-service damages arising from platform use, vendor products, fulfillment, tickets, refunds, or communications. Your exclusive monetary remedy is limited to the refund remedies expressly stated in this policy. By purchasing from this website, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify PEPTAURA, its officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from any claims, damages, penalties, chargebacks, fines, losses, costs, or liabilities arising from your order, legal status, destination, product selection, research use, misuse, handling, storage, disposal, resale, import/export activity, regulatory noncompliance, or violation of these terms.
