Oui | I've ordered peppys from other Chinese vendors many times and 2-3 weeks is usually the shipping time. Lumira took a week before even shipping. In fairness, I don't know if it was their national holiday and if they were closed, so if they were, I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. Communication is non-existent unless you reach out to them, but with other vendors, the liaison would send a message with a screenshot of the shipping label and let you know it's in process. I liked that for two reasons. 1) it let me know that it was on it's way and about when I could expect it, and 2) I didn't have to contact the vendor, I could track it myself. Non | First batch from Lumira (Lumira)—sent for independent lab testing, all 4 were bunk: Ipamorelin, Reta, GHK-Cu, and MT-2. ND (Not Detected). Very serious! To their credit, they did reship as soon as I brought it to their attention and had no issues with replacement batch, shipping was quite fast (hence 2 stars). Only other complaint is that the rubber caps they use make it difficult to withdraw from the vial. To their credit, they did reship as soon as I brought it to their attention and had no issues with replacement batch, shipping was quite fast (hence 2 stars).
